Full refunds on customised garments will only apply where there is a material problem with the garment, or the wrong item has been supplied.

As we are all well aware, there are significant logistical delays affecting many different industries in the UK & Globally at the moment.
Teamwear has unfortunately suffered the same fate - and we are still experiencing delays in receiving items from manufacturers, and also with particular style lines coming into stock from both the EU & Far East.
The majority of our brands have been affected by this, and we apologise that many of our customers have in turn been negatively impacted, it has been a tricky time to for players, clubs & fans.
We ask that customers take into account delays when ordering, some items are still taking up to 8 weeks to arrive in with us, and stock levels may be low or unavailable well into October & November from all brands.
