Delivery & Shipping

Mainland deliveries will be £8.95, Northern Ireland £15, Republic of Ireland £18.

A United States option has been added for customers using their own courier collection.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside of these areas and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Delivery Time

Due to the vast range of products on sale, different sizes and colours, we are not able to hold stock of all items on our website. This allows us to maintain high discounts and low costs for our customers rather than holding large amounts of stock.

We will make daily orders to our suppliers and deliver your items upon full receipt of all of your order.

If you wish for items to be sent before all of your order is in stock, please contact us to discuss options, as additional delivery charges may apply (Delivery costs paid cover one delivery).

Different branded products have different lead times, but please follow the following as a guide, subject to stock availability and size of order.

• Goals & Accessories - 5-7 working days

• Non Customised Garments and Equipment - 5-7 working days. (Please note that Puma, Macron and Joma garments are shipped from Europe and may add a week or two to this time frame due to issues at customs).

• Customised Garments: Please add up to 10-20 working days to the delivery lead time, depending on the volume of print and embroidery.

Customers will be notified upon dispatch or items ready for collection.

If you do have specific dates & requirements, please contact us once you’ve placed your order & we can see if we can meet those deadlines for you.

We are finding delays of upto 8 weeks on certain brands coming in from abroad. Any queries on lead times please contact us.

Delivery Costs

Standard delivery of orders will be £8.95 (inc VAT) for mainland UK. Additional costs may be incurred outside of this.

Collection – Free of Charge (Please note collection only 10.00-16.00 Mon-Fri)

Items sent for delivery will be via our preferred courier service DHLfor most cases. items will be signed for or left with a neighbour. Pre-delivery notifcation will be sent via mobile or email via the courier.

If you choose to collection, ensure that you have identification with you. Footballkitsdirect.com will not be held responsible for costs incurred for failing to collect or being available for delivery.
